We should advise our members to insist on all these benefits as I believe the cost factors involved for the employer are the only thing that will slow them down in their mad race to excess employees. These benefits include:
10 days for House Hunting
5 days for Relocation
30 days Temporary Quarters with Per Diem for self and Family
Miscellaneous Expenses – terminating and installing phone, cable, phone, etc.
Real Estate Transactions Costs - 10% of the value of the house on the selling end and 5% on the buying end
Lease Termination Costs
Moving and Storage Costs
